This module develops board-level cyber governance competence, with emphasis on digital resilience, regulatory oversight, supply chain risk and evidence-based assurance.

- LO1: Critically evaluate cyber governance arrangements.
1.1 Analyse cyber accountability, governance and escalation structures. 1.2 Evaluate board-level cyber risk information. 1.3 Identify gaps in oversight, assurance and regulatory preparedness.
- LO2: Evaluate digital resilience and supplier risk.
2.1 Analyse dependencies affecting digital resilience. 2.2 Evaluate supplier and third-party cyber risk controls. 2.3 Recommend improvements to resilience oversight.
- LO3: Prepare a cyber governance assurance report.
3.1 Produce a board-level cyber governance review. 3.2 Justify assurance and improvement recommendations.
