Strategic Board Improvement Project

Assessment method: Work-based improvement project.
Purpose: This module requires learners to apply strategic governance, risk, assurance or resilience learning to a substantial improvement project. Learners diagnose a real or simulated organisational issue, gather evidence, develop recommendations and explain how impact should be measured. The module turns learning into practical organisational value.
Evidence requirements: Learners submit a strategic improvement project report, implementation roadmap, evidence base and reflective evaluation of expected benefits and risks.
