Cyber Governance for Managers

Assessment method: Scenario-based cyber governance case study.
Purpose: This module introduces cyber governance for non-technical managers. Learners consider cyber accountability, ownership of risk, incident escalation, supplier exposure, policy expectations and the role of management reporting. The focus is on practical oversight: understanding enough to challenge, escalate, brief senior leaders and support proportionate cyber controls.
Evidence requirements: Learners produce a cyber risk briefing, an escalation note and a management action plan based on a realistic cyber governance scenario.
